Jason has been transforming his clients' physical conditioning for 10 years. Some of his best results have come from training high school athletes to excel beyond what they thought was possible in their sport of choice (from lacrosse to football to basketball to field hockey). Jason now offers exclusive training of individual high school athletes and teams to develop explosive power, strength, and increased endurance tailored to the individual sport.
