What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

"I had serious doubts that CrossFit Steels Corners was for me. I tried it with the expectations that it was going to be a bunch of 22 year olds wearing next to nothing doing backflips around me. But it's not. Jason and Cris have created a friendly and fun atmosphere that have helped me and many others get off the couch and start feeling better physically and mentally almost immediately. Is it easy? Oh. hell no. But it is rewarding, encouraging, and very inclusive! Thanks, guys!
